Kabak Mamma's Hostel (Adult Only)

We planned three nights, then added another because we liked it so much. The staff were really kind, and even their dog was sweet. Food was fresh and good, and the view is incredible. You do have to walk a bit, but breakfast with the mountains and sea in front of you makes it worth it.

The host welcomed me warmly and was very friendly, and the sea views are amazing. My room and bathroom were OK, but not more than that for the price. It may be the location that pushes the cost above other places along the coast. Breakfast was included and good, and dinner was good too.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the food was freshly made and delicious. We liked the place so much that we went three times in two days. They made me a double Turkish coffee when I asked, before our beach trip. Later we stopped while waiting for the bus back to Fethiye, then came again the next day after the Faralya Kabak hike. The valley view is amazing too.

We spent one night at this pension, but I can’t recommend it. The host seemed irritated that we were staying, even though we’d asked beforehand whether it was possible. The accommodation was basic and not in the best or cleanest condition, so €25 a night felt expensive. Breakfast was OK, though not enough to set us up for the hike.
