A quiet neighborhood and a lovely terrace view make this a sweet little hotel. It's about a 10-minute drive from the tourist areas. The owner runs it with her friend, and the lady who helped us check in was the sweetest. Our room was clean and nice.

The terrace is lovely for breakfast or just taking in the scenery, and the interior design throughout Yankı Hotel is striking, even in the washrooms. It may look modest from outside, but the management did a brilliant job decorating this 10 to 11 room building. We chose it for our business trip because it was easy to reach and had positive feedback, which turned out to be deserved. We felt at home as soon as we entered our room. Our family of four fit well in the four-bed room, and the owner said they also had rooms for groups of 5,6. The rooms were clean except for a few things, and the staff were helpful. The location was good enough. A few snags: the cleaning staff left the previous resident's bathrobe behind, and the desk staff should know how to use the credit card machine. We had to transfer payment through banking apps. Breakfast starts around 9AM, which was too late for us, so we missed it when we had to leave early. Reception is open only from 08;00-24:00, though the owner said they lived nearby and could help at night. An 8/10 stay, and I'd recommend it.

There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, yet Yanki Hotel itself is peaceful and quiet. We loved the clean, beautiful rooms, the nearby parking, and the kind, welcoming reception team. The rooftop terrace is lovely too. We hope breakfast might be served up there on our next visit. We'd happily stay again.

We had a great experience here, the best of our Turkey trip. Our group of 10 arrived late at night, and the lady owner was very accommodating. She worked out an affordable deal on rooms with one of our American-Pakistani friends. We'd originally been looking for another hotel and found this one by luck at a very reasonable price. The location is a little hidden, but the place was very well maintained, with spotless rooms, beds, lighting, and especially bathrooms. Wheelchair ♿ access is available on the ground floor; there is no elevator to the upper floors.

Our group of friends found a large family room at Yanki Hotel that fit us all. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff were a great help with directions, telefrik advice, and restaurant suggestions. They also encouraged us to message with questions while we were out for the day. The hotel is near the bazaar and old part of Bursa, and within reach of Uludag, where we went skiing. A wonderful boutique stay. Thanks, and we hope to visit again!
