Kavala Bursa Hotel

The parking and location were good, but the room smelled stale, like old cigarette smoke, even though we'd asked for a non-smoking room. They really need to make the difference between smoking and non-smoking rooms clear. The bathroom also needed a much better clean.

For a stay of a night or two, this hotel is well worth it. The breakfast was really good, and the espresso machine made great coffee, which is unusual since espresso often has to be ordered separately. Front desk staff were polite and helpful, and the parking areas were very good. The room cleanliness could have been better. There were wires sticking out in the bathroom, and the shower plumbing needs updating and cleaning.

The bed was super comfortable, and our room had a balcony with amazing views. It's a clean, modern hotel in a good location, with free secure parking. The room was amazing, and the check-in staff were very friendly. Only funny hiccup: when I asked for another omelette at breakfast, they said I'd already had one.

My stay was awful. The pillow on the bed had already been used, and when I asked room service for water, the staff member insulted me. At breakfast, people pointed at me and laughed. I felt insulted for choosing this hotel and can't recommend it. The only good part is that the buffet is free. The air conditioner on heat gave off a smell strong enough to make me vomit. The food was poor quality, too. I don't advise anyone to stay here.
