We loved the area and had a lovely stay. From the balcony you can see both a fantastic sunrise and sunset every day ✨️. Ogüz was friendly and helpful. You need a car to stay here unless you don’t mind walking a bit to get to supermarkets and restaurants. Thanks for having us 😊

The bathroom and room were both filthy. Dust was built up around the place, and there were spiders and webs on the ceiling. The bathroom was rusty and moldy, and the shower drain didn't seem right. The sheets and blankets smelled bad and had lots of stains, including what looked like blood, as well as hair. Even the replacement sheets still had stains, and they were old and full of holes. The towels had holes too. The Wi-Fi barely worked. When we asked, we were told it only worked in the corridors, not in the rooms. There was a beach in front, but using one of the hotel's loungers would cost 50 lira even though I was staying there. I added photos. Avoid this place if cleanliness matters to you.

We left about an hour after arriving, and my family didn't even manage to sleep there for one night. The rooms were extremely dirty, and when the AC was on they smelled of urine. The toilet was filthy, the bathroom door wouldn't lock, and the shower caddy door wouldn't close, so I couldn't bring myself to use it. Even the entrance door didn't close properly. The price quoted on the phone when we booked was lower than what they asked for when we got there. When we asked for a refund for the second day, which we'd partly paid for, the desk staff were rude. The customer service was horrible. It was such a bad experience that it ruined my whole vacation. This hotel was very unsanitary, with rude staff. Don't go there.

For the price, it's reasonably good if you're mainly after the beach, and the receptionist was a good guy. But Istanbul is very far away, and getting there by taxi costs a lot. If seeing the city is your plan, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
