Elegance East Hotel

The sheets with visible blood on them were the worst part. We found them when we went to bed at 2 a.m., and it made the stay feel unsafe and completely unacceptable. It seemed clear they hadn't been changed. We were there with family, had booked two rooms for two nights, and the vacation was ruined. The staff first ignored our complaints and claimed we hadn't spoken to them, only responding when we showed them the stained sheets in person. They promised a refund, then changed what they said several times, told us to wait, offered partial cash payment, and eventually refused to compensate us fully. Later, the manager shouted at us and told us to leave and goodbye. The hotel looks luxurious in photos, but the renovation felt extremely cheap and misleading, nothing like the pictures. Noise from the busy main road made it impossible to sleep before 3 a.m. Our room was freezing because the heating didn't work, and the shower water was barely warm. Please don't stay here. There are many better and safer hotels for this price.

The room was comfortable and well equipped, though street noise did come through. There was a cozy pool and a free spa, and the breakfast was very good. The staff were nice and professional.

Erhan and the staff made the stay. Our group got in late because of bad weather, but they stayed late to serve dinner. We had an early airport departure, and Ethan stayed up all night to make sure we got away all right and had breakfast bags to take with us. We tried two room types. The rooms around the pool and charming courtyard were surprisingly peaceful, even in the town center. The 500-number rooms are by a busy street, though, with the rest of Antalya partying below. If you don't plan to stay up with them, bring earplugs and an eye mask. The hotel itself is okay, centrally located and only a few blocks from Old Town.

The room was a little small, but when we asked to switch, the staff helped right away and moved us. They were really nice, and the customer service was very good. We loved the breakfast every day too. A perfect place for our stay ❤️
