Kariva Hotel

Nihat and Melih were always around and ready to help, and there’s parking available. The location is fantastic, close to the high street, old town, eateries, and parks. There’s also a great breakfast place next door. It’s a proper boutique hotel, and although there’s room for improvement, the facilities and the place deserve appreciation. I’ll stay here again, insha'Allah.

The reception team, especially Nihat and Melih, made the stay for me. They were friendly, happy to chat, and always willing to offer tips, answer questions, or help out. My room was clean and pleasant, the bed was good, and everything worked well. The location is hard to beat, close to the old town, tourist spots, and services, while tucked down a small alley that stays very quiet. I’d definitely return.

It’s near the old city, but the atmosphere didn’t feel great for a family. The roads are quite narrow if you’re driving your own car, so a taxi or public transport seems easier.

I arrived at 2 AM and left at 7 AM because the room was in an unacceptable state and poorly cleaned. I told the staff about the problems, but they neither acknowledged nor fixed them, and I wasn’t given a refund. Hygiene and service fell below basic standards. I can’t recommend this hotel.
