Aladaglar Camping Bungalow

There’s plenty of shared kitchenware and a comfortable spot to cook, and the place is clean and well organized. The owner is very kind, and he’s happy to chat about your trip or help pick routes. He’s a climber and has lived here for over 25 years. I think it’s a great place to relax after ski touring, climbing, or hiking =) I added a few photos and hope they give you a better feel for the place.

It’s only 1,5 hours by car from Cappadokia, and we had such a good time here. The owner also gave us helpful hiking suggestions. The wooden rooms are lovely, the bathroom was very clean, and the large shared kitchen is well equipped. Right in the heart of the Aladağlar mountains, it’s a wonderful base for climbers and hikers. There are international guests and a warm, familiar atmosphere, with great climbing and hiking options very close by. We’d happily recommend it 💜

We loved the location and the shaded area where we could eat, chat, or play board games. The kitchen was fully equipped, and although there was just one shower and toilet, that was enough for us. We spent two nights in our own tent with two adults and two kids. The owner was really nice and helpful :)

The heart of the climbing community is here. People share information and beta, and Zeynep& Recep seem to be the area's best guides, with lots of knowledge to offer. I can’t see anywhere else comparing if you’re here to climb or hike, as most people are. We camped rather than staying in the rooms, which is why I gave 4☆. Everything else was great.
