Such an amazing place.

Hygiene was very poor, and there wasn’t a lift big enough for our luggage. We arrived as a large group, but they didn’t have enough food ready for everyone, so there was literally nothing left to eat. The chicken that did arrive was undercooked.

Nehir Hanım was especially friendly and attentive. The building is old, but our room was clean, and the meal was delicious: chickpea stew, moussaka, rice, lentil soup, watermelon, and kazan dibi for dessert. Everything was very good. Thank you.

The rooms could have been cleaner, but it was good value for the money.

The staff were warm and attentive, and we were made to feel very welcome. Dinner was delicious. At breakfast, they prepared kuymak when we asked, though we didn’t find it very tasty. The rooms looked lovely, but the weather was cold despite it being May 20th, and the heater in our room didn’t work. They tried to fix it, without success. It was raining too, and water dripped through the ceiling in some rooms. Thanks for trying to help us.
