Umey Suit has new rooms, a nice view, and the place was clean, but several problems made our stay disappointing. The bathroom water pressure was very low, there were no cupboards for clothes, and the Wi-Fi was very weak. It even cut out before we had checked out. The AC didn’t work either. Mustafa, the owner, said it would fix itself in five minutes, but it never did, and we slept in the heat without any compensation. The place looks nice, but the service let us down. I hope they improve these issues.

The rooms themselves were nice, but the response when we raised problems was very disappointing. We booked two rooms at Umey Suit House and left our luggage before check-in. When we came back, one AC wasn’t working and the water pressure was very low. We told Mustafa, the owner, but he didn’t resolve anything or offer compensation. He acted as though he was helping, but nothing was fixed.

The AC didn’t work, and the owner kept making excuses and seemed to be trying to leave. There was no cupboard, the water pressure was weak, and the internet barely worked. Wouldn’t recommend.

The furnishings were new and well cared for, and the cleanliness was far beyond what I expected, which mattered a lot to me. Its central location also made it easy to get everywhere. I recommend it.
