Elit Life Hotel

For the price, it was okay, but don’t expect anything special. My family and I got enough to eat, though anyone used to the range at a five-star hotel might leave hungry. Most of the food was green vegetables, usually two hot options such as chicken, and watermelon and oranges. The queues for hot food were long, and the good dishes ran out quickly, so you had to hurry. Drinks weren’t good, so it’s better to buy them outside. Bottled water wasn’t provided, and you should bring your own shampoo and soap. There was almost no entertainment. They had an animation schedule, but I only saw a kids’ disco every other day, even though it was supposed to happen daily. That didn’t bother us much, since we spent the day at the beach and came back to eat and sleep, then liked walking around the village in the evenings. Cleaning was an issue. Rooms were meant to be cleaned every two days, but on day three ours still hadn’t been done. We didn’t have the usual door sign asking for cleaning, and the administration said it wasn’t needed because rooms were cleaned regularly. The safe and Wi-Fi cost extra. Wi-Fi was $5 a week, but the signal was very weak, so we had to leave the room to message or call anyone.

The hamam at the hotel is a lovely way to relax, especially after a long flight. Massage master Lyuba was friendly, kind, and professional. I highly recommend a visit if you’ve just arrived and need to unwind.

Our family found the place quiet, calm, and cozy, and we all enjoyed the stay. I can’t say anything bad about the hotel. We ate at the cafe next door, though, since the hotel’s food doesn’t have much variety or flavor to boast about.

Mustafa the barman is a real superstar, very, very good.
