The animation team and young staff made a disappointing stay a little more bearable, and I gave them a star for that. We wait all year for a holiday, so I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. If you like the food and service here, try seeing some more forward-looking hotels. If you haven't been, paying 3-5 more may save your vacation. We tried to arrive without prejudice and ignore the reviews, but the problems became clearer each day. We stayed six nights and the room was cleaned only once, after we asked. The lone cleaner couldn't keep up, and towels and sheets were never changed. The bathroom drain didn't work and the floor flooded. Meals were mostly appetizers and pasta. The same grilled fish appeared across three meals, and it wasn't even heated. The juice machine at the bar didn't chill drinks and no one fixed it; the other drinks were low quality and tasteless. I won't get into the pool cleanliness or the promised Turkish bath and sauna.

We stayed four nights in two rooms, and the staff deserve thanks for doing what they could to reduce the problems. I feel a bit ashamed writing this, but the sea was so rough that after going in, it pulled you back within about 2.5 meters. I later learned it was a red flag beach. The sunbeds were dead, and there was no fine sand. The animation was good. Gölge knows his job, though I think he could do even better with more opportunity and resources. In the evenings there were Russian dances followed by the usual children's music entertainment found at many hotels. The best parts were the very good buffet breakfast and nice evening ice cream. Other food was mediocre and limited. I respect the effort, but it fell short: grilled food came on just one dinner, grilled chicken on another, and desserts had many gaps. I've never seen a hotel run out of cola, water and soda before. We had to change rooms because the TV didn't work. The replacement had ants coming down from the suitcases, sinks and walls. The children developed tics from them. We reported it, but no pest treatment was done; when we brought it up again as we left, they seemed shocked. Water was leaking in the bathroom too. After all, people don't go on vacation by handing over soda bottle caps.

Our family was very happy with the stay. The food was good and quite sufficient, and when I had a toilet problem around 11 pm, the night receptionist came over and the person responsible arrived within five minutes. The hotel had been set up quickly, so there are a few shortcomings, but they deal with issues as soon as you raise them. Mr. Barış at reception was especially kind, treating guests like an older brother or a friend. I spent about five hours using the lobby internet for work, and even after dinner time he arranged separate meals for four families. The one practical drawback is the distance to the beach. There's a hotel shuttle, but it can be awkward for families with young children. A note about some guests, without judging everyone: paying for a room doesn't mean basic manners no longer apply. Please don't complain about staff shortages if you're expecting staff to pick up your dropped forks and knives. For directions, use Google Maps. iOS Maps took me somewhere else, and I nearly ended up in an empty field. Happy holidays, everyone.

My three children and I were miserable here. Everything was filthy, and we had to throw away or wash the supposedly clean plates ourselves. The beach is far away, and the sea is terrible. The beachside snack bar, if you can call it that, had only soda in its shack. I wouldn't give this place a single star or recommend staying here. Barış Bey at reception knew about the problems but couldn't do anything.

The location was the only thing I took points off for, since the hotel is far from the sea. We paid 1500 TL per person during the holiday, ate and drank, and came back. I was happy with it and got some rest. I read the reviews and wonder what people experience at home to write comments like those. If you understand this is a holiday resort when you arrive, you can leave satisfied. It's a new, small hotel, with air conditioning, comfortable beds and a minibar in the rooms. We went during the holiday and it was crowded. The waiters kept whisking away your cup before you'd finished your tea, then immediately brought another. Ask about occupancy before going if, like me, you don't like children. The pool and aquapark were nice and clean, and the food was delicious. I noticed the ice cream was Algida, and the olives were swimming in olive oil.
