The staff were kind and ready to help with anything, and the manager sorted out problems when we spoke to him. Our room had everything we needed, from towels and shampoo to a hair dryer, TV and air conditioning, and it was cleaned every day. We ate and drank well, too. We had a really nice holiday here, so I don’t agree with many of the reviews.

Nothing seemed like too much trouble during my holiday, and I was always met with a smile. When I asked about a hair dryer after breakfast, the manager had one ready for me. My room and towels were taken care of every day, and the Turkish food was well cooked, especially the salads. I arrived at 2:30am and was welcomed warmly, helped with my bag, shown how to use the TV and air conditioning, and told when breakfast was. Everyone was friendly and kept the place clean. There’s a free daily bus to the beach and back, and it’s a great value holiday. I’ll definitely return.

The staff were the only reason I gave it a point. The food was poor in both quality and quantity, and the wine and spirits came in tiny glasses. Cheap and not cheerful at all. Avoid if you value your sanity and really do love your family.

When I stayed two years ago, the food, cleanliness and fun were all good. The hotel is close to Side’s ancient city and center, so there’s no need to spend money on taxis.

A lovely little hotel with large, very clean rooms. It’s close to both the beach and Side Old Town. I’d thoroughly recommend staying here.
