White Lilyum Hotel

The beach and promenade were lovely, with greenery all around and crystal-clear water. At the hotel, the staff worked incredibly hard, and service at the restaurant and bar was lightning fast. Murad stood out for his cheerful smile and attentive, caring manner. The food had lots of choice, from pastries, cakes, snacks, and salads to meatballs, meatloaf, fish, roasted turkey, and plenty of vegetable dishes. Rooms were spacious, clean, recently renovated, and furnished well, with a large TV. Their windows face the neighboring hotel, though, which is a drawback if you spend much time in the room. The grounds are compact but practical, with the main building, restaurant, barbecue area, pool, animation stage, and pool bar. The location is great, among beautiful hotels, close to the sea, and facing the stunning Çamyuva Mountains. For a small fee, you get a cozy, attractive place and a beautiful beach just a three-minute walk away, as well as delicious home-cooked meals. Great value for money. I definitely recommend the trip.

The rooms were old and the food only average. We stayed for ten days in September, and two things really bothered us. We paid 20 euros for Wi-Fi, but it worked only at reception, and the administration didn’t respond when we complained. Also, the staff member working on the beach spoke neither Russian nor English, was rude, shouted, and acted very disrespectfully. I don’t recommend this place.

The kitchen was filthy and full of flies, and the food was disgusting. Bathrooms were dirty and visibly moldy in the photos, the rooms smelled strongly of damp, and the service was terrible. Nobody spoke English; everyone spoke Russian, and the hotel was full of Russian tourists drinking heavily from morning until night. This was an awful place for guests and shouldn’t be allowed to call itself a hotel, let alone a five-star one. We counted the days until we could leave. Avoid it at all costs.

The beach is close, the food is tasty, and the room is kept clean. The animation was the best part, and I had so much fun. Special thanks to Alina and Emir, they’re the best. The hotel is very good, and the shopping can is nearby. I recommend it.
