We booked by phone only about two hours before arrival, and in May, before high season, that worked out. It may be worth planning further ahead in summer, as returning guests could fill the place. The pink room upstairs had a little balcony facing the street. It would have felt small with all our things on a longer trip, but for a few days it was manageable. Everything was spotless, and the small fridge kept things cold. The Wi-Fi was very weak, so we bought a SIM card. Communication took some effort, but translation apps helped us get to know each other. There are a few shops within walking distance, and you can park in the garden. After our sightseeing, we liked spending the evenings on the terrace by the garden and pool. We even went for a little swim one night. The garden was so beautiful, with all the amaryllises blooming outside. I’d never seen anything like it. There was also a funny, friendly white Pomeranian. Berin worked late to get the place ready for tourist season, and made fantastic breakfasts. We agreed each evening on what time to eat the next morning, her husband served us, and we drank every last drop of tea. I found this beautiful place on Google recommendations. It’s tucked into a small street, and the owners are very nice and hardworking. We love places like this, where the owners help you understand local tastes and culture. For us, it’s worth 5 stars, unlike an impersonal, bare 5-star hotel where, with our attitude, you can’t be yourself. Her şey için çok teşekkürler Mr. & Mrs Güzel.

The place was peaceful and pretty, with clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was great too.

You have to see this guesthouse for yourself to believe it. Best one in the Chanakale area.
