10/10
I walked over from the bus station, and the area around there wasn't very nice, though town is within walking distance. The room was nice, sort of clean, but oddly there was no chair or kettle. The man at reception was very helpful, though. We used Google Translate, and he ordered me a takeaway pizza and brought me everything I needed. Turkish people seem to go out of their way to help guests. I was really impressed. From Sam 🇬🇧

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff helped us switch rooms. The first room had an emergency door leading to the outside stairs that wouldn't close, so it couldn't be locked. That's not good. Also, I'm not sure I'd call this a "luxury hotel". It's in what seems like an industrial area, quite a way from downtown.

The hotel was clean, with a spacious room and a perfect breakfast. Its only downside is being next to an industrial area.

10/10
A calm location, though somewhat far from the city centre. The breakfast had a wide selection, and the hotel was nice.

The rooms were clean, and everyone was very kind.
