The sheets may look white, but they weren’t clean. Staff also made us uncomfortable by coming to the room repeatedly around checkout time, and they treated us badly when we called to ask where the place was. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The staff were cheerful and made the place feel like a family home. We had a memorable three-day stay at Yeşil Ida Pension, and the establishment was both caring and clean. We’re grateful to everyone, especially Mr. Tezcan for his professional manner and steady commitment to quality. We’ll definitely return.

We just left, so be careful. They said a room was available, but once we arrived they claimed it wasn’t available at the price we’d agreed on and demanded more. They were rude throughout, saying things like, “I didn’t take any money from you.” Don’t fall for it.

We arrived at midnight with our two little babies, after spending hours searching for somewhere to stay in a city we didn’t know. It was 4 o’clock by the time we found a hotel. We’d already told you we had three children, one an adult and the others aged 2 years old and 5 months old. If it had just been my wife and me, why would I have booked a 1+1 room? You knew it would be hard to find another place that late, yet asked us to pay double. Money wasn’t the issue. It was trust. I hope you understand why I’m making this complaint.
