We spent two nights in room 908 and really liked having a balcony. The room was very spacious, and the view made it especially relaxing to sit out there. The restaurant food was just so-so, and the service there felt a bit lacking. Even so, we enjoyed our stay.
The buffet was good, especially the desserts, and our room was clean and spacious. It’s a nice hotel on the outskirts of Cappadocia. I’ve heard that room size and quality can vary, though, and I found the beds very hard.
The panoramic view from our high-floor room was incredible, and I really loved the place. The cave-style exterior is striking, and inside I was surprised by how spacious and well-equipped the room was. It had that caveman feeling with a luxurious way of living. We had a fantastic stay, and I hope I get the chance to come back.
The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. Everything at Kalsedon Hotel felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, and I truly felt at home. I was really impressed. If I return to Kutaisi, I’ll definitely stay at Kalsedon Hotel again.
From help with the luggage through to the dining service, everything was excellent. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel.
