The room was spacious, lovely, and looked out over the river. Its sound was loud, but being surrounded by nature made the stay beautiful. We arrived while the place was busy with an engagement or wedding reception, so nobody was at reception; after we called, someone came with the key. We had to ask another guest for the internet password because it wasn’t given at check-in. The breakfast spot above the river was nice, and the staff were helpful, though charging extra for a local dish like muhlama didn’t feel right. There’s a natural spring below the hotel with good water. No fridge or air conditioning in the room.

Staying in Kaptanpaşa village, part of Çayeli, turned out to be a great choice. The clean air and natural surroundings were lovely, and the staff were attentive to hygiene. Thanks to Dursun abi and the whole friendly team for such good service. I’d gladly recommend it.

The rooms were extremely clean, and the people there were welcoming. This was a great place to stay in Kaptanpaşa village, in the Çayeli district, with fresh air and nature all around. I recommend it.

We came across it online and decided to look it up in Kaptanpaşa village, Rize. The wooden mansion and calm stream view made for a lovely family stay. Breakfast is served in the restaurant right over the stream, and the muhlama was legendary. The place feels beautiful and refined, and the staff were so attentive. We left very happy.
