Workinn Hotel

Dinner was lovely, and breakfast was amazing, with a buffet and lots of choices. The room was very good, with plenty of amenities and a really comfortable bed. The staff and waiters were amazing and helpful, too. My flight was cancelled and I was given this hotel, but I couldn't have been happier with the stay. I work in hospitality myself and would highly recommend it. Thank you.

The quiet made this a good place to wait out a travel delay, and our rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We ended up at Workinn Hotel because our flight was delayed, and the stay turned out pleasantly enough. It's quite isolated, so getting into the city or exploring nearby areas may be difficult. The food was acceptable, but it didn't match the rest of the hotel. Even with those drawbacks, we appreciated having a comfortable place during a stressful, unexpected stop.

Emre at reception helped me figure out the transportation, so I was able to explore Istanbul. The hotel is a little far from both the airport and the city, but you can get to central Istanbul via Marmary Gebze Teknik station, a ten minute drive away. My room was clean and excellent, with a mini fridge and a coffee and tea station. The service was really friendly, and both breakfast and the other food were excellent. I'd love to visit again!

The hotel itself was clean and nice, and the food was okay. What left me disappointed and annoyed was the customer service. This was my first time in Istanbul, and I don't want another experience like this. I wanted to go into the city for a walk, so I asked at reception how to get there and what it would cost. They said nothing about the nearby train station and told me a taxi from the hotel was the only way. When I asked the fare, they said 700-800 TRY. I ended up paying 3000, almost four times as much. I'm really disappointed and can only guess the hotel has some arrangement with the taxi service. Lying to customers is the worst thing you can do.
