Centro Park Hotel

At night, the place is something else 😍 We had a cottage for four and it was such a lovely stay. The whole team was ready to help around the clock. Thanks for everything 🙏🏻

I've stayed at four hotels in trabzon, and this one was easily the worst. What we got looked nothing like the photos. When I asked why, they said it "WAS a 5 stars hotel." There was no AC or even a fridge in the rooms, and cleanliness wasn't great. Breakfast was very basic, with few choices. It wasn't worth the price.

We paid 425 Euros for two nights in a two-bedroom bungalow. At checkout, we were stuck for over an hour and a half in the cramped parking area because staff wouldn't find the owner of the car blocking us in, or get its keys. That was one part of a deeply frustrating stay. The reception staff were the worst I've encountered in 20 years of travel. They lied, didn't seem to care, and were often lounging around or nowhere to be found. Our shower screen was missing, so water got everywhere, the toilet lid came off when we tried to lower it to flush, and there was no soap. The soundproofing was a complete lie, with noise keeping us awake until about 2am. There was no air conditioning, and opening the windows let in smoke from shisha and other smokers right in front of the bungalows. The included breakfast was covered in flies and looked like leftovers from the day before, so we couldn't eat anything. I don't usually write reviews, but stay well away if you want to enjoy your holiday. They charge four-star prices for rooms, service, and facilities worse than hostels or backpacker places.

Since the renovation, the hotel has improved. Thanks to the staff for treating us well.
