We had booked two nights, but the rooms were so dirty after check-in that we left after the first day and went to another hotel for the second night. The owner said booking.com would issue credit for the night we weren't staying. When I called them, they told me the hotel had already been paid and would need to provide the credit. I contacted the hotel through book.com, and they then claimed we'd never discussed it and refused to issue any credit. Very disrespectful. They care about nothing but money. The hotel was dirty and the owner was disrespectful.

The balcony has a gorgeous view, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were really welcoming and kind. There's a restaurant right beside the hotel that I'd recommend trying, the food is delicious and the service is good.

We were welcomed warmly and got the best service anyone could ask for. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the hotel overlooks the beautiful lake in uzongol. It's also very close to the city center, where all of unzongol's activities are. A great stay, and I'll definitely come back in the future.

The rooms don't have room service, but that's okay for this kind of hotel. The toilet was the only thing I didn't like, which I understand is because of the type of place it is. Keep in mind that this hotel and all hotels in Uzungol are made of wood, so soundproofing isn't strong. You can hear night football matches, especially the crowd shouting, and even tell how many goals there were 😂🤣. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the hotel is very nice with fantastic service. Special thanks and appreciation to Erdugan and Muslim for their kindness and great service.
