The staff were friendly and cooperative, and we'd definitely stay at the same hotel again. We spent two days in an apartment on the third floor, with a balcony and a perfect lake view. The free breakfast is served in a very comfortable restaurant, though the food was average and all cold, including the fried items. Only the tea was hot. There's no temperature control in the room, and the floor heating is for winter, so the staff advised opening a window if it got too warm. Free parking is right in front of the building.

We came hoping for a relaxing stay, but it was really frustrating. We couldn't sleep.

We stopped for a break but didn't stay overnight. The views, service, and food were all amazing, and the owner himself is such a humble, lovely person. I can't recommend the place enough.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the location is superb, with everything you need just steps away. Special thanks to receptionist Mahmoud, who's kind and supportive in every way. The only thing missing is room service after hours.

The price felt fair, and check-in was hassle-free. The rooms were great, especially on the third floor, where the lake view is lovely. The receptionist was polite and helpful. Breakfast wasn't good, though. They also helped me top up my car tyre air by arranging a pump and giving me a hand.
