I was very satisfied with my stay at Kaya Resident. The rooms were clean and had breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. The heating worked well, and Mr. Mahmud was always quick to respond whenever we needed something.

The photos don’t match what it’s really like, and the staff were very rude. It wasn’t a pleasant experience.

My cabin had a partial view of the lake. There are four cabins in all, and this one worked well for families, with two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms. It was fully equipped and clean, and the reception staff were excellent. I highly recommend it.

We booked the cottage as soon as we arrived, despite the rainy weather, and it was clean and suitable. My review is for Kaya Home, which I believe is affiliated with Kaya Residence. It was a lovely stay with a beautiful view of the famous lake.
