The management made the place feel unsafe, and they were rude and unprofessional. When we arrived, we were asked to go to a reception point about our airport. Somehow they had information saying we came from Tbilisi, but we had arrived from Chisinau airport. They didn’t accept that and started demanding an additional 1200 EUR in a very rude way. I said the tone was inappropriate and that I didn’t want to continue the conversation like that. The manager told me several times they had to BEAT THIS OUT OF MY HEAD. He seemed crazy, and I was terrified and shocked. I should have called the police, but I froze and was scared. The hotel itself is okay in general, but the vacation was spoiled from the beginning. I absolutely do not recommend it.

We’ve been to Turkey three times, and this hotel was a real 10/10 for us. It’s clean, high-standard, and has a great atmosphere, with entertainment put on by the staff. The food was very good, and the waiters were lovely. We especially remember Suat Bato, the cheerful, smiling waiter. He was polite, friendly, and professional. He’d offer us a cappuccino or cake and bring it over to our table with a smile. We felt as though we were among friends. I hope everyone gets to have people like that around them. I wholeheartedly recommend Fame Residence Kemer.

While vacationing in Goyniuk, I went to the nearest spa, "Fame Residence, Goyniuk." Aziz gave me a therapeutic massage, and I was very lucky to meet such a skilled masseur. Thank you for the quality treatment and your professionalism. I wish you good health. I plan to return in October and continue my massage sessions with you. I recommend Aziz to anyone with health problems who is looking for a high-quality massage. Fame Residence itself is in a beautiful setting, with magnificent mountains nearby and the sea not far away. If I get the chance, I want to stay here next time.

We felt warmly welcomed, not like anonymous tourists, thanks in large part to Suat Bato. Although meals were buffet-style, he brought drinks to our table, remembered what we liked, and greeted us each morning with a genuine smile and so much care. His professionalism and kindness really made us feel special. The hotel itself was wonderfully clean, comfortable, and well organized, with a high standard throughout. It sits right by the sea, with breathtaking coastal and mountain views. Fame Residence Kemer became more than just a beautiful place for us because of people like Suat Bato. We’re grateful for the atmosphere he helped create and wholeheartedly recommend the hotel for its comfort and sincere hospitality. We’ll definitely return and hope to see him again. This was one of the most delightful holidays we’ve ever had.
