I booked through a broker. The furniture is absolutely dilapidated, and the bathroom doesn’t drain. The worst hotel in Uzungol. 👎🏼

The translators were very respectful, but the accommodation the company rented for us was terrible. The rooms smelled awful. May God punish the Riyadh branch of the Balloon Tourism Company.

The setting is excellent, with stunning river views, but the cabins are poorly maintained and have a strong, unpleasant smell. Service was average.

Mr. Muhannad is honestly a wonderful person: helpful, cheerful, cooperative, and classy. The hotel is clean, has a lovely view, and is away from the noise around the lake. I recommend staying here.

Professor Muhannad was respectful and helpful with guests. The hotel is also well away from the noise around the lake. Prices get exorbitant during peak season, though.
