When I went down at 8 for breakfast, after being told it was served between 8 and 11, I was told to wait because it wasn’t 11 yet and that I could eat when it was ready. When I asked for a refund, the owner said, “Go complain wherever you want.” Ridiculous response from a business owner. Thanks to this business, run by someone from another country.

The middle rooms with a lake view are especially lovely, and the location is fantastic. I highly recommend the hotel for its price, service, and excellent staff. Many thanks to Mahmoud Al-Souri and his team. He was willing to help with anything we asked and left nothing undone.

I came alone from Ankara and felt safe staying here as a woman on my own. The location next to Uzungöl, cleanliness, and breakfast were all excellent. Don’t believe the rumors that everything is sold to Arabs: the owner, Muhammet abi, is from Trabzon. He and the attentive, friendly staff make it feel warm and family-like. I’m already thinking I’ll stay here again if I come back. ☺️🫶🏻🌸

The reception was full of men smoking and playing cards, and I wouldn’t recommend this place for women. The hotel was filthy and smelled awful. Grime had blackened the bathroom walls and shower curtain; the hot water barely worked, especially in cold weather, the tap was broken, and there was no toilet paper. The little balcony table was broken too. It was a terrible stay, and I advise avoiding the place completely.
