The food was far below basic standards, and the dining area felt more like an orphanage dining hall than a hotel. This was one of my worst stays, not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it unless they revamp the whole service. The rooms had almost nothing in them, not even water, a fridge, or tissues. Some staff were nice, especially Mr Sinan, but others were a different story. The bathroom design meant a shower flooded the whole room, so we walked on wet towels throughout our stay. Everything was cramped and too small to use the toilet or sink comfortably, and there were no sanitary items. We had cold showers because the water supply was poorly managed and apparently diverted to other rooms. The pressure was miserable, just a thin trickle. The beds were tiny too, and we had to sleep with our legs hanging out. I honestly don't understand how this place calls itself a hotel.

We booked a family room for five, with three beds and a sofa. It had wood floors, walls, and ceiling, and breakfast was included. The service was great, and the room was decent, though the bathroom was small, so I gave it four stars. It was about a six minute walk from the center and lake. We were there in July, and it was the only place in the area with rooms left.

There was parking, a lovely view, and a good breakfast. The hotel wasn't amazing, though, and I'd rather stay right beside the lake.
