The staff were helpful and nice, and the location is amazing, close to the lake and coffee shops. I booked a standard room; it was okay, though a little old. They also have good apartments, but those were fully booked.

Everything was clean and really nice. The owner was especially helpful, and I’d like to thank all the staff. I’ll come back again.

Mahmmoud and Ahmed were so helpful and friendly, and the rest of the staff were very welcoming too. They speak English, Turkish, and Arabic. My room had all the kitchen equipment and a lovely mountain view. The location is great, just 1 second from Uzungöl lake.

I wouldn’t stay here again. I booked by phone in DEC 2021 for 200TL, and the man showed me the room and agreed to that price. After I’d checked in and finished everything, he asked for 300T:L instead. He said the 200 price was for another room that was already booked. I had no other option because the other hotels were closed at that time, so I took it. The apartment was ordinary, with a kitchen, 2 Washrooms, and 2 rooms. The toiletries weren’t good, water leaked in the bathrooms and muslim shower, and the heating wasn’t enough for such a big apartment. Breakfast wasn’t included. There was nobody around to help if I needed something or wanted anything fixed.
