Alacati Degirmen Otel

Lovely architectural design.

We really didn't want to leave Alaçatı. The stone mill design gives the place a movie-like atmosphere, just as it looks in the photos, with every detail carefully thought through. It was so peaceful and quiet. Waking to the sounds of nature inside the mill architecture was a special pleasure. The garden, bougainvillea, outdoor pool, and warm sun made it feel like a little holiday paradise. The staff's welcoming smiles and hospitality gave the place a warm, family feel, and we felt at home. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with the fresh flavors of the Aegean to get the day started. It's an easy walk to Alaçatı's lovely streets, while still being away from the noise. Such a good balance. We'd love to stay here again.

We came across Değirmen Hotel one evening in September 2025, and finding it by chance turned out to be very lucky. The staff were attentive, and each room had its own decor. We were charmed before we even reached our room, then found it authentic, clean, and tidy, which made us even happier. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with lots of variety. The kind, friendly lady in the kitchen made it with special Aegean regional dishes, and we'd like to thank her separately. It was a lovely addition to our happy trip to Alaçatı, and we're hard to disappoint when it comes to hotels. Thank you, Değirmen Hotel.

We felt at home throughout our stay at Alaçatı Değirmen Hotel, and the flexible check-in and check-out times made things so convenient. The room was spotless, and breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully put together. A special thank you to Mr. Mehmet Şirin. He was warm, attentive, and lovely to talk with.
