We especially appreciated that the hotel welcomes pets. Their dog, Kurbiş, and the cheerful "Manager" made it feel even more like home. The breakfasts were genuinely delicious, and the location worked well for parking, right by the market yet away from the commotion. We spent three days at this lovely family hotel in Alaçatı, and the owners and staff personally looked after every detail. Their smiles, attention, and friendliness made for a wonderful holiday. Anyone after a peaceful, welcoming stay in Alaçatı should choose this hotel.

We were very happy with our stay at Alocope Hotel during our Alaçatı holiday. It was tidy and extremely clean, with a calm atmosphere. We were pressured to stay when we wanted to leave, and heard things like, "it will be thought that you did this knowingly," and "you should be charged for 5 nights." As two young women, we felt under pressure. With the tension at that moment, we agreed to pay half the reservation fee just so we could leave. We had said we were no longer satisfied and wanted to pay only for the one night we stayed. We stayed at Alacope Alaçatı on May 24-25. The first room was quite small and uncomfortable to use. The wardrobe door hit the bed, so it was hard to move around. We raised this, and they moved us to a suite, explicitly saying there would be no extra charge. But there were long hairs on the bed. We checked the sheets, and were then questioned about why we had done so. It’s completely normal for a customer to check whether the accommodation is clean. At breakfast the next morning, we were asked to look again at the first room and told the wardrobe had been moved. They said we’d have to pay the suite difference if we didn’t return there, despite having been told the day before that there would be no extra charge. The explanation afterward was that "the reception provided incorrect information." The establishment’s statement made it sound like only they had filed a complaint. In fact, we contacted the police and officially complained after the incident, so the gentleman also had to give a statement. This is a real matter reported to the authorities. The hotel may well have the camera footage it mentioned, but we don’t believe it changes the discomfort, hygiene issues, or pressure we experienced when we wanted to leave. This is our own account. My friend also posted our experience on their account. Since the hotel’s statement suggested the reviews didn’t reflect the truth, I wanted to corroborate it with my own account. We aren’t trying to slander anyone. Problems can happen at a business. What matters is how customers are treated and how the problems are handled. Unfortunately, our experience here was bad in terms of hygiene, communication, and customer service.

The breakfasts were excellent, with nearly everything served coming from the Hatay region rather than supermarket products. Mr. Metin and Ms. Zeynep were very attentive, and the staff were respectful and friendly. We chose this new hotel for the Alaçatı Herb Festival, and found its design carefully put together, with tasteful details throughout. The rooms and shared spaces were clean and well maintained. It’s a high-quality option for a Çeşme holiday, about a five-minute walk from the village center, while still feeling peaceful and away from the market bustle.
