Otel Alba Alaçatı

I had a terrible experience renting a room here and wouldn't recommend it. I booked a bathtub room through airbnb, but the room I got had no bathtub. That was the main reason I chose this hotel. For less money, I could have rented a much better room in a better place. Nearby bars played loud music until 2-3 in the morning, making it hard to sleep. We said on the first day that we wouldn't stay and asked them to contact Erden, listed as the landlord on airbnb, so we could cancel the second night. He wasn't responding in the chat, but nobody contacted him. English was very limited, so using Google Translate would have made communication easier. At first they said they could give us the right room the next day. A couple of hours later, they said that wasn't possible, then the next morning said they could move us to another room that evening. I think that was a lie to keep us there so we couldn't cancel without penalties. On the positive side, the service and rooms weren't so bad, and breakfast was very good. But the place was overpriced and horrible otherwise. Avoid it if you can.

A very nice place, with good service and full hygiene. The property is well maintained, and the rooms are spacious. The food tastes like home, and the workers are polite. I'll definitely visit again!

The location made evenings in Alaçatı easy, since we could walk to the restaurants, cafes, and entertainment spots without needing a car. We also loved sitting outside the hotel after dinner. The rooms were clean, and breakfast had great variety and quality. It’s a real plus that the hotel stays open in both summer and winter. Friendly staff and good service too, so I’d happily recommend it.

We’re already hoping to return. The staff were warm, professional, and quick to help, and the coffees, breakfast, and specialties were all high quality. The rooms felt roomy and comfortable, with stylish decor we especially liked. From the moment we arrived, the place was spotless and full of thoughtful touches. It’s a relaxing spot to enjoy the feel of Alaçatı, and I’d definitely recommend it. 🩷
