Aleysim Otel - Alaçatı

The owner was always around, friendly, and ready to help, and the whole staff were attentive, respectful, and welcoming. We had a wonderful week here. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the pool was sparkling clean and a lovely place to unwind. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying every morning. The hotel is also a short distance from Alaçatı's lively entertainment center, which made it easy to explore. I'm very happy with the stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommend it.

The staff were genuinely friendly and tried to help with every request, and breakfast had a decent changing selection, including different pastries, savory and sweet items, plus eggs made to order. Still, we left disappointed, mainly because the cleanliness was so poor. There were hairs, dust, and yellow and black marks on the bed, sheets, blankets, pillowcases, and pillows. We asked for replacements, but the items described as fresh and clean were dirty too, so we gave up rather than wait longer. The room also hadn't been checked properly: someone else's clothing was left on the sink cabinet, and the cleaning seemed rushed even though the room should have been ready for us. It was upsetting and disgusting. The room was small, which we could live with, but several things needed attention. A light didn't work, the door was broken, the mini-fridge ran very slowly, the soap holder was nearly coming out of the wall, and the shower had no door. The bed was very soft, though that may suit some people, and the TV and other amenities worked. Breakfast was reliable, but the table had no salt, sugar, spoons, teaspoons, or napkins, so we had to ask for basics. I believe the hotel has a pool, food service, and room service; we had no service problems. It's handy for the market, though parking was difficult because the space was narrow. We were excited and happy when we first arrived, so the hygiene issues were a real letdown. The hotel was fine in general, but I wouldn't strongly recommend it, especially for families with children. It seems more comfortable for adults.

Koko the dog won me over right away, and the walk to the charming Hacımemiş area takes only a few minutes. I felt at home as soon as I arrived at Aleysim Alaçatı. The room was spotless and so well cared for, and everyone on staff was warm and welcoming. A special thanks to Kartal for being especially kind, helpful, and attentive. The town is only about a 10-minute walk away. Back at the hotel, the pool is a lovely spot to unwind, and breakfast has plenty of different things to choose from. The staff are really friendly. There's so much decoration around the house that you can keep noticing details for ages. A great little boutique hotel.
