Breakfast was generous, and there's a restaurant conveniently nearby. The woman working there was very nice, though we had a language barrier and used Google Translate. Beyond that, quite a few basics were missing: the wifi didn't work, the shower had nowhere to put soap or shampoo except the floor, there was no complimentary water or tea, the kettle was broken, and we had to ask for a cup to be brought to the room. Staff operate from 9 to 8, and you get a key to let yourself in and out. There was also noisy construction at night, which I couldn't understand.

For five nights, this met our expectations for the price and we were mostly happy. The room was neat and clean, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. We did have internet connection trouble now and then.

Everything is close enough to walk, since the hotel sits right in the market center. We loved the roomy Ruby room, and the others seemed just as spacious. It was all very clean, and breakfast was amazing. The lovely woman looked after us so attentively, and the whole team made us feel welcome. 🙏🏻🥰

We stayed one night, April 12-13, for our first trip to Alaçatı. The historic feel and location right in the middle of the bazaar were wonderful, and free parking was only 50 meters away. Our room was spotless and everything worked, with no problems at all. Mr. Göksel answered our questions quickly and was very helpful. His honest, gentlemanly approach to service is rare. All the staff were friendly and helpful, too. I thought breakfast was excellent. For details on accommodation and breakfast, I suggest contacting Mr. Göksel directly, he helps with everything. Thanks to him and everyone at Kapela family. See you again.

I really liked this historic hotel, which is 200 years old. It's right in the Alaçatı market area and about 100 meters from the public car park. Try the homemade ravioli and pizza downstairs too. I'd recommend the place to everyone.
