The hotel is beautiful and well kept, with lots of greenery and nice views. Our room was cleaned every day and stayed spotless. The food tasted good, though it got a bit repetitive. We stayed for a week on the all-inclusive plan. The noise was the biggest problem. DJ Ozzy played loud club music every day from around 14:00, and there was nowhere around the hotel to get some peace or even quieter background music. We tried talking to him, but he was rude and aggressive. On Sunday, he started at 15:00 as scheduled and kept the volume low enough for us to relax by the pool, so it clearly can be done. Most of his glowing reviews seem to have been written after that day. The other days, the noise was unbearable. The cabanas were disappointing too. You can’t rent one for the day; you have to spend €200 on food and drinks, which makes little sense when you’ve already paid for all-inclusive. Restaurant service needs work, as foreign guests were overlooked. Communication was difficult because most staff spoke little or no English, and the bars sometimes didn’t even have basics like coffee or water.

The views from the room and the patios around the area were breathtaking. The staff really went out of their way to make our stay a good one. Omar especially stood out as the best bartender I’ve ever had. He looked after the guests so well and offered a fun journey through different cocktail flavors and types. I was really impressed with his hospitality and am already looking forward to coming back for another week 🤗

The evening piano music in the lobby was such a lovely way to finish each day, and the views from our room were incredible. The staff made every day of our trip feel special. We were also surprised by how many drinks were included in the all-inclusive package, since many hotels offer a much smaller selection. My husband and I finally managed to take a vacation after a long time. We’d spent ages choosing another hotel, but for various reasons never booked or paid for it. Then we ended up choosing Seya Beach Hotel, and we were absolutely delighted. The room cleanliness amazed us, and they changed the towels every day. Food mattered a lot to us, and it exceeded our expectations: different kinds of fish, really delicious meat, lots of vegetables and fruit, plus sauces, appetizers, and drinks that were all top-notch. Thanks for the hospitality. We’ll definitely recommend the hotel and come back ourselves.

I can’t sleep tonight because the loud music and chaos go on until midnight, sometimes later. It starts at 9, and this has been one of the worst hotel and hospitality experiences I’ve had. The location is excellent, and the staff are nice and professional, but the hotel itself feels very low standard and definitely isn’t worth the price. When we arrived, nobody gave us basic information like the Wi-Fi password or the breakfast and lunch times, or told us when the spa was open. In short, it isn’t worth this price.
