If you know what you’re after, I think this place can suit you really well. Boutique hotels are usually small and personal, where you get a calm stay with a more limited range of services. Here, the hygiene, cleanliness, location, room access, and food and drinks were excellent. The pool is on the small side, though it’s enough for a little sun and a cool-off. Breakfast is more of a spread than a buffet, but there’s plenty of it. I don’t usually eat fried eggs, yet I enjoyed them two mornings in a row, maybe it was the hotel atmosphere or the food itself. Loved it. Thanks, everything was wonderful 🫶

Getting around from here was easy: Ilıca beach is 5 minutes away, Alaçatı 15, and Ayayorgi and Çeşme marina about 20 minutes. There’s a pharmacy and market nearby, minibuses stop right outside, and parking wasn’t a problem for us. The rooms were spotless, with new, carefully chosen equipment, a comfortable bed, great shower and air conditioning. The pool was kept clean, and drinks at the bar were reasonably priced. The nicest extra was the barbecue evenings: bring whatever meat, chicken or fish you like, and they take care of serving it. Most of all, Füsun and Bahadır made us feel welcome every day. The rest of the staff were just as cheerful and ready to help. Breakfast was peaceful, too. I had a great holiday and would happily recommend booking here.

We picked this place after reading the good reviews and stayed for two nights in September 2024. It’s a quiet option away from the bustle of the center, which is a 5-10 minute drive from Reisdere. The guests were mostly families, with a somewhat older average age. It has a small, family-run feel, more like being at a relative’s summer place than at a hotel. They try to help with requests as best they can. The rooms are a little cramped and don’t have balconies, though the garden has plenty of tables and loungers. We thought breakfast was adequate despite the negative comments we’d seen. Wishing them continued success.

The main drawback for us was the noise between rooms. You can clearly hear someone snoring or sneezing next door, so the sound insulation could use work. The hotel makes sense for its price, though I wouldn’t arrive expecting a five-star experience. We were welcomed and farewelled with smiles. Breakfast under the vines was tasty and more than sufficient, and the grounds were nicely landscaped and cared for. The other guests seemed decent, mostly families. The pool is small because of the size of the property. We didn’t use it, but it gives the place a pleasant feel. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower, air conditioning, minibar and hairdryer all worked well.
