Amour Koyici Otel

We stayed here for one night on our way back from Fethiye and were completely unhappy. The place looks nice at first, but the reality was a fiasco and it wasn’t hygienic. There was a huge clump of hair on the bed, stained sheets, slippers left by other guests under the bed, and no hairdryer or even a trash can in the room. One window had no blind. There was a red stain on the nightstand. I first thought it would have been cleaned, but when I wiped it with a wet wipe, I realized it was from the previous guest. The electricity was out all night, and nobody came to check on us or even apologize. This is what they call a Deluxe room.

Right below the Alaçatı market, the location worked well for us, and we were happy with the stay. Our room was clean and had towels, though the safe was broken and there were no slippers. The other group was less pleased with the downstairs room's cleanliness when they arrived, but the staff helped them out. We'd recommend the place.

Being close to the center was about the only good thing here. We booked two rooms for one night with our family and children, and it turned into a fiasco. We gave the ages of both children, but there was only one extra bed, and it was broken. They suggested our five-year-old share a bed with us. We asked for a refund and tried to leave, but got no money back. Then they brought two extra beds, leaving us practically having to fly to reach our own bed. The rooms were never clean, and the towels were damp and dirty. The person presented as the hotel manager wouldn't answer the phone and was rude to us. At breakfast we asked for more bread for six people and were told the other guests already had some. Only one guest was registered, the other IDs weren't taken, and no receipt was issued. I'll never stay here again. Sleeping on the street would be better.

Breakfast was sufficient, and being able to eat whenever we wanted was a real plus. Parking was the only concern, though there was a place to park and we had no trouble. We stayed two nights and were very pleased. Mr. İskender personally looked after us, and the hotel sits right in the heart of Alaçatı market. We'd worried because of the reviews, but with the management changed, it was very clean. Great value for money. We'd stay here again if we return 🙏
