Amazing hotel, the quality for the price was the best we’ve ever found. Big thanks to our friend Tahran, the night clerk, who helped us so much!!!

The pool area was our favorite, and downtown is within walking distance. The people are super friendly, and there are rooms to suit every taste. Breakfast is to die for. Thank God we booked this place.

The hotel looked attractive and well cared for at first. Unfortunately, the in-person experience was disappointing, and we didn’t feel welcome as potential guests. We wanted to book directly so the hotel wouldn’t have to pay a booking portal commission, but they first quoted us a different price from the one online. We were told we could only get the online price if we paid cash. When we then tried to book through the portal, the rooms that had been available were suddenly gone or appeared at a different price. We were told the booking portals were unreliable. But right afterward we booked another hotel nearby through the same portal without any trouble, so the situation seemed strange. It’s a shame, because the hotel itself had made a good impression.

I left the booking process with a serious lack of trust. Just minutes before I arrived, the app showed lots of rooms at around 1900-2000 TL. At reception, I was quoted 4000 TL for the same night. I said the app price was more reasonable and that I’d book there instead. Right after that, all the rooms disappeared from the app. I asked the receptionist whether they were really all booked, but didn’t get a clear answer, only that I should check again later. After a while, the rooms came back, this time at higher prices. I took screenshots during the process. I don’t know exactly what happened with the system, but the timing of the rooms disappearing after I said I’d use the app, then reappearing with different prices, was surprising and left me uneasy. I wanted to share what happened.
