The view and location were good. But our bathroom and towels were very dirty, and the hotel's Wi-Fi only worked at reception. There was no way to use it in the room.

The location worked really well, about a 10-minute walk from Çeşme's liveliest spots and the seaside. For the price, the rooms were clean and good, and the service was good too.

The hotel itself is lovely and sits in a great spot, but breakfast was well below average. It was just tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, cheese, bread and bagels, with no hot food. That fills you up, but even on holiday you want something good to eat. Maybe they're keeping costs down, but the breakfast was a real letdown.

The lifts worked in the morning, then were shut off in the evening because they were broken, so we had to climb several flights of stairs. I also didn't feel safe in the hotel. The room still had clumps of hair in the bathroom and little hairs on the beds when we arrived, and it wasn't cleaned at all during our three days. Breakfast was so-so. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and Eray took especially good care of us. The location is good, though the rooms and hotel could use a bit more upkeep. Breakfast was okay.
