There was no hot water on two of our three days, probably because it’s solar-powered, and it didn’t come on late at night or early in the morning. The garden pool loungers and the room furniture were filthy. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, they didn’t even bring fresh slippers. There wasn’t a refrigerator in the room, and although breakfast was included, there was no drinking water at all. I asked for an extra egg at breakfast and was charged an extra service fee. At checkout I told the gentleman that we hadn’t complained even when there was no hot water, yet they charged us for an egg. The location wasn’t great either. Noise from the surrounding villas and hotels made it impossible to sleep at night. This was a mediocre stay, with no real concept of a proper hotel. I wish I’d read the reviews before coming. There was no friendliness or professionalism, and they charged extra for services at checkout. Very strange. Zero satisfaction. Frankly, don’t choose this place.

We’ve been to Alaçatı two or three times a year, and this is the first hotel that’s left us this happy. The setting is surrounded by nature, the place was spotless, and the pool was lovely. We spent three nights here on a girls’ trip and felt so welcome. Breakfast was fantastic, and the owner and staff were always smiling and kind. Thanks for such a wonderful holiday. We’ll be back ❤️

We booked this place based on the reviews and found it disappointing. There was dampness and cracked plaster on the walls, old yellowed toilet fixtures, and a rusty bathroom drain that clearly hadn’t been replaced. We also found hair in the towels and cupboards, so the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. On top of that, they asked us to pay directly into their account before processing a card payment. It’s near the market, but given the room condition and the way we were treated, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Don’t be misled by the earlier reviews.

The black hairs on our pillows and bed were bad enough, and I had to ask for bleach to wipe the red nail polish stains out of the jacuzzi. We chose this place for its pool and location after reading mixed reviews, and regretted it. Mr. Sergülen and his wife were rude and condescending. When we arrived, he wanted the money right away, despite us already having paid half in advance. We hadn’t ordered breakfast, but when we asked what time it was served, they snapped, “You don’t have breakfast.” In the garden, we asked for drinks and were told to get them from the fridge, but nobody brought them. His wife kept hovering around us at the pool and looking at us with disgust. Don’t be fooled by the pool, and don’t come here!!!
