Niyama Cesme Marina

We found this small boutique hotel by chance and were very glad we did. The rooms looked just like the photos on the website, and both our room and the garden were spotless. It’s charming, and the location worked well for getting around and seeing Çeşme marina. The team welcomed us warmly and kept helping with whatever we needed. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious, and they were attentive to our requests. We’d love to return and definitely recommend it. Many thanks to everyone.

There aren’t many rooms, and the atmosphere is quiet and calming. It was clean and hygienic, and the staff were focused on finding solutions. Niyama Marina is an old Greek house, with peaceful rooms that feel different from a typical hotel, while the room design is stylish and modern. Ms. Fermüş and the rest of the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful with everything, so we felt very comfortable. Customer satisfaction clearly matters here, but the care feels sincere. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented, and the stay had everything we needed for a holiday. I really enjoyed it and wholeheartedly recommend the place. Thank you for everything 🙏🏻

The owner, Ms. Fernuş, and her staff were so attentive and made us feel right at home. We were very comfortable during our two nights here. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and having it beneath the lemon trees in the backyard was the best part. The rooms are spacious, with the historic feel of the house preserved throughout, and each one is designed to suit its architecture. There are new model air conditioners, and Çeşme Castle is a five-minute walk away. The owners are friendly and very helpful. They did a fantastic job restoring this historic home, making it a lovely boutique hotel with real character. We found it at the last minute for our holiday, and I’m so glad we did. I’d come back just for the hotel 😊
