Begonvil Otel Alacati

Fantastic.

My wife, our Golden Retriever, and I spent two peaceful days here in a calm setting. The team were friendly and helpful. Thank you.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast had plenty of variety and was really good, and the hotel is right in the center of the bazaar. We stayed for two days over Bayram and were so glad we picked this place. Everyone was kind, sweet, and very helpful with everything, and we felt right at home. A special thank-you to Gülşen hanım for her care and support. We know where we’ll stay next time we visit Alaçatı ❤️

We planned to stay five days, but left after two. The holiday crowds made everything difficult, and we were stuck trying to sort out problems in a room with a broken air conditioner. It ran weakly and noisily on our first day, so we couldn't leave it on. The television, refrigerator, and door lock were broken too. When we reported everything, staff looked into it, but said they couldn't find anyone to repair the air conditioner because it was a holiday. We couldn't understand why they had put guests in that room in the first place. The location, breakfast, and room size were good, but the cleaning was poor and the floors were dusty.
