Bellezza Alacati

We spent three nights here. The location was okay, and so was the staff, but I don't see how they can advertise this as a 4-star hotel. Our room was very small, and there wasn't enough space to open our suitcases properly. It was cleaned only once during our stay, and it was very loud at night. We were also charged for drinking water, with only two small bottles provided for the whole visit. In my opinion, it wasn't worth the money.

We first stayed with our family in July 2023, then came back in September 2024. Both visits were wonderful. We loved the outdoor area, the atmosphere, the location, and the friendly staff. I also forgot my jewelry, and they posted it out to me. I'm so grateful 🙏. I'll definitely stay here whenever I'm in Cesme.

We ended up leaving a day early. The room was tiny, with hardly any space to move or put our luggage, especially disappointing after paying so much. The restaurant's “fruit plate” cost 710 liras and came with four slices of watermelon and two slices of bread. Water in the room wasn't free either. It all felt like a money grab. When we asked the man at the front desk to help with our luggage, he said they don't offer bell boy services, then just sat on his phone while we struggled. The stay was not pleasant. You can find better hotels around the same price if you want more space.

The lack of blinds meant we woke up early, even though breakfast wasn't available until 9 AM. We were also charged for coffee and eggs at breakfast without being told beforehand. During our two-night stay, the room wasn't cleaned, and the pool was dirty. Napkins and cigarette butts were scattered around the garden. There was a language barrier because none of the staff spoke English. Their professionalism was questionable, and the one English-speaking manager didn't seem equipped to handle complaints effectively. I'm sorry to say the experience was far from satisfactory.
