Zay'a Otel & Beach

There’s no minimum spend, which I appreciated. The beach is calm, lovely, and has an elegant feel, and I really enjoyed it. Just note that the 600 TL service charge was not mentioned in advance. I think it may be a percentage rather than a fixed fee, and it’s separate from both entry and any food you order.

We come back to Zaya every year for the pretty setting and good food. There’s also a small activity area for kids. Nisa hanim is helpful and friendly at the entrance, too. I’d recommend spending a day here.

The beach is lovely, with crystal-clear water, and the atmosphere is relaxed. We visited with family for the beach club, so I’m rating everything except the rooms. Service was excellent and the food was really good. Entry costs 1000TL. There’s no consumption fee on weekdays, but on Saturdays and Sundays it’s 1500TL. They sometimes charge for parking too, though I couldn’t tell what that depends on.

We chose Zay’a for the kids mini club and ended up liking it. The Altynkum beachclubs are mostly alike, very expensive, not always friendly, and sometimes a bit arrogant. Here, though, everyone treated us kindly. The pizza was VERY good, and so were the cocktails.
