Buğra’s Serenity Alaçatı

We left on August 26th after checking in the day before, and I regret choosing this hotel. The room was stuffy and smelled bad, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Dust was all over the floor, so we wore our own slippers all night. The shower was in such poor condition that we couldn’t use it. Even the balcony, which looked lovely in the photos, was dusty, and the seats were dirty. There was no refrigerator or water in the room. Everywhere else I’ve stayed, including boutique hotels, has had water and paper slippers. We also had trouble with the jacuzzi. I called more than five times asking someone to come, and when we requested room cleaning, nobody showed up. Mr. Endal is very gentlemanly, but he’s no good at resolving problems. Hygiene matters most to me. I won’t stay here again.

The pool was a lovely place to unwind, especially if you want somewhere peaceful and away from crowds. The whole atmosphere is calm, and the staff are warm and welcoming, making you feel comfortable. We really liked the location too. It’s away from Alaçatı’s chaos but still close to what you need, and you can walk to the center, which helps when parking is such a problem. I’d choose the same place again if I return to Alaçatı. Thanks for the attentive service.

We had a really satisfying stay. The hotel is in Alaçatı and makes it easy to get around. Everything was clean, the service was great, and the staff were very friendly. I only missed having a mini-bar in the room. Otherwise, I didn’t notice any other issues.

The owner and staff were wonderful, helping us with everything we needed. We were really happy with the service and location. From now on, this is the only place I’ll stay when I come to Alaçatı 🙏🏼 :)
