Cat Kapi Alacati

The rooms were comfortable and the location fantastic. We'd like to thank Furkan for being so attentive and caring.

Breakfast was the same each day, ran only until 11:00, and had limited service. The rooms were so noisy we even hesitated to talk. We picked this hotel after reading the reviews, but at check-in everything was dirty, including the towels and sheets. The shower cabin was broken in both my room and my friend's. Our rooms weren't cleaned, and the towels weren't changed or washed during the stay. The welcome was all smiles and sweetness, but checkout brought a strange attitude. There isn't much reason to go, though you might still choose it :)

Everyone was cheerful and kind, especially Mr. Besim, who helped us with anything we needed about the hotel and Alaçatı. The location was fantastic, with everything close by and easy to reach. Service was excellent and breakfast delicious. Our seven nights here were truly wonderful.

We appreciated the location, the attentive way the staff treated us, and how quickly they handled problems. Breakfast and the complimentary refreshments were good, too. The downstairs rooms felt a little stuffy, so I took off one point. I'd make the upstairs rooms my first choice.
