There were four of us and we had booked two rooms with a land view, though we could see the sea from them. The rooms themselves were fine. Ms. Seyran helped us when we first arrived, but after that the meals and service made the stay difficult. We were tired from the journey and ordered dinner. They said it would take 15 minutes, but the food didn’t come. We ordered two grilled chickens and two hamburgers, then asked for a plate of fried potatoes to snack on while waiting. That took a long time too. The hamburgers came one at a time, mostly fries, and were ice cold. We ate them because we were hungry. Our friends’ food still hadn’t arrived; staff said the kitchen was busy, although there was no one else there. Eventually our friends got dry chicken cooked in a pan, not grilled, and couldn’t finish it. The hotel manager never came to ask about the problem. Staff said they’d pass complaints to the managers, but I don’t think they did. We went to the pool to get past the dinner fiasco. Later, when I went to shower, the bathroom was wet already, and the drain was blocked, so it flooded. That made our first day end terribly. Breakfast on day two was another letdown. At first they tried to serve breakfast for two rooms as though it were for one. Once we explained there were two rooms, we got just five tomato slices, six or seven cucumber slices, and a cheese plate with hardly any cheese. They asked about eggs, but those didn’t arrive until breakfast was nearly over. I asked for a fried egg and got one burnt, so I couldn’t eat it. There was a lot of jam, but the spread didn’t make sense to me. A buffet might waste less food, since this didn’t feel like a proper spread. You’d probably eat better at home. On day two we asked for menemen, which they said we were entitled to, but it barely resembled menemen. We didn’t want breakfast on our last day. The kitchen was awful and everything tasted bland, as if it had been made at random. The staff seemed panicked. The hotel manager mostly sat around chatting or on the phone, and I think this nice hotel needs a change. It’s becoming a mess and took all the enjoyment out of our holiday. At reception on the last day, Ms. Seyran told us the extra items from the problems we’d had were complimentary, which was a nice gesture and surprised us, since the servers usually quietly say they’re putting everything on your bill. The pool, atmosphere, and design are nice overall, but I’m not sure I’d choose it again.

We had a lovely view from our sea-view room, which was a good size, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. Even so, I wouldn’t choose it again. Breakfast was only mediocre, a little above average at best. There was no alternative to white bread, and the pastries were cold and dried out, with unnecessary jam and tasteless cheese. If you’re very hungry, you won’t feel full. They also only allowed us two half-liter bottles of water in the room for our two-night stay. I drank those on the first day, so having no water the next day felt ridiculous. It’s a very basic, amateurish policy that doesn’t fit with hospitality.

We stayed in a deluxe room from July 20th to 27th. Emre, Halit, Berna, and Talha all gave excellent service, and I want to thank them. Halit kept trying new breakfast presentations every day 😂. They brought more tea as soon as ours ran out, quickly set up pool loungers and umbrellas, and Talha brought us whatever we needed at night and helped out. Everyone’s friendly smiles meant a lot. Thanks to all of them. Still, the hotel had plenty of shortcomings. Breakfast was the biggest one. The only hot appetizer was pişi every day. One day there was clotted cream with honey, the next day without it. The hard-boiled eggs were hard-boiled one day and undercooked the next, and the boyoz sat in the bread basket but only replaced croissants once they ran out. There was too much jam and too little cheese, the breakfast for two changed portion size each day, and the scrambled eggs came out hard-boiled. The food offering needs work. We requested cleaning just once, but even then they didn’t replace the face towel or clean bird droppings off the balcony. There were other issues too, like broken restaurant chairs and broken sunbeds on the sun terrace. The manager, Mr. Çağdaş, was the biggest problem for me. In my 7-night, 8-day stay, he never once asked good morning, how the holiday was going, or whether we had any problems. He only spent time with his friends. I’ve stayed in many hotels and haven’t seen a manager so uninterested. With no focus on customer satisfaction from the manager, it seems normal for the hotel to have shortcomings. I’m surprised the Filoğlu group works with someone like that. Still, thank you again to everyone who served us.

We were very satisfied with the attentive, helpful staff and the hotel’s location and service. It was clean and recently renovated, and at this price I don’t think you could find another hotel in this location with this view. The breakfast spread was a nice touch instead of a buffet. There could be more variety and hot dishes, though.

The rooms look lovely, and the view really is magnificent. I came mainly for that charming setting and the chance to swim in the pool, which I enjoyed. But the cleanliness was a serious letdown: the room was supposedly freshly cleaned, yet there was someone else’s hair in the sink, and the toilet had a constant nauseating smell. Breakfast was the same each day, too. It’s a very basic hotel, and I wouldn’t return unless those problems were sorted out.
