I had confirmed a reservation by phone the day before, then called again in the morning to say I was on my way. At reception, the man told me there was no booking under my name. He said there was another hotel with the same name and that the number I’d called didn’t belong to the hotel. That wasn’t true: head office gave me the same address and number, plus a mobile number belonging to the receptionist. I believe he sold my reservation to someone else. I can prove I called and booked, and I’ll file an official complaint. Please stay away and read the reviews.
