Our July 10-14, 2025 stay at Cielo Limon Hotel in Alaçatı was a complete fiasco. The managers were unfriendly and rude, and the service was practically zero. Before we came, they said they'd help with parking, but we only managed to park near the hotel on the first day. On the other days they didn't even ask whether we had trouble. If you arrive on a weekend, a nearby market means you have to park far away. The keyring they give you is huge, but if you forget your key or anything happens, you have to wait for the gentleman to come because nobody else stays overnight. When he does come, you get scolded instead of welcomed. Our bags were tiny, and when we asked for the door code so we wouldn't disturb them at night, they acted as though we'd asked them for a favor. There wasn't even a good morning or good evening, just no friendliness at all. They also couldn't charge the accommodation to our card all at once. We agreed when they asked, but one day we weren't there, and they scolded us for not letting them charge it, as if we were obliged to. Breakfast was so-so, and they wanted to choose where we could eat. There could be empty tables by the pool and we still might not be allowed to sit there. The closet doors creaked badly, and the bed had an iron frame and was extremely uncomfortable. The rooms aren't all the same, from what I saw, so it seems like luck what you end up with. When we asked for help carrying our suitcases down the stairs at checkout, they did it reluctantly. We requested cleaning and got a reply along the lines of, "We don't clean on the first day." When we told them we were unhappy with the service, the man was aggressive and didn't care if guests were sleeping or disturbed. I wasn't satisfied at all.
