There was plenty of space by the large pool, with enough sunbeds, and I liked being able to choose sand or grass. The beach was lovely, and the sea was calm, clear, and without waves. The breakfast had a great variety, the staff were friendly, and our room was spacious. Overall, it was a very good stay, though the housekeeping needs better organization. Our room for three wasn’t ready at check-in because the sofa bed hadn’t been made up. Towels and glasses never came in the number we needed, so we called each evening for extra towels. Even after leaving a note, they kept leaving just two for three people. The bathroom was dated and had a narrow bathtub instead of a proper shower. Also, part of the beach platform with extra loungers and cabanas costs extra, which is disappointing given the already high room price.

The sea is crystal clear and turquoise, and the beach is beautiful. Cocos Club felt like a little oasis in Alaçatı, with friendly staff and a peaceful atmosphere. It’s a stylish, high quality spot away from mass tourism, with relaxed, respectful people. I’d definitely come back.

The sea was cold, but everything else was really good. The food was delicious and the service was perfect. Ceyhun deserves special thanks, he’s a fantastic front office manager. We felt very comfortable and pampered at this wonderful hotel.

The location is great and the staff were friendly, but I was disappointed with the condition of the hotel. The bathroom had mold, broken tiles, and a leaking shower hose. The bedsheets were itchy and uncomfortable, and the rooms weren’t cleaned properly. The air conditioning was so loud it made sleeping difficult. The hotel feels dated and needs serious updates. There’s nothing for children to do, so they get bored easily. The food was bland for the price, although breakfast wasn’t bad. Seeing a dead rat on the first day was incredibly unpleasant and unacceptable. The room cost far too much for what we got, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

At the end of May 2025, my friend and I spent another 10 wonderful days at Cocos The Club. We’ve been coming back for 10 years, and it feels like a second home. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. The personal attention and warm hospitality are what make the place special. Front office manager Ceyhun Çapkin (Jay Jay) went above and beyond for both of us, always friendly, professional, and attentive. The location is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed, and everything is well organized. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, the pool gets sun all day, and breakfast each morning was varied, fresh, and delicious.
