The owners are so friendly, they make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Rooms are cozy and comfortable, and there's a lovely garden around the house where you can sit and have tea. Breakfast was delicious, lots of mezas, eggs cooked different ways, tea, fresh bread. It's very quiet and close to local beaches, in a perfect location. Highly recommend. And Pasha, the very cute cat, makes the stay even better 😁

We arrived on September 11 and are staying until the 13th, 2025, and we're already enjoying it. It's calm and quiet, everything is clean, and breakfast is delicious. The beaches are only about a five-minute walk away. The owners of this butik hotel are kind, easygoing, and very hospitable. I'd absolutely recommend Dalyan Risus Suite. My husband and I enjoyed staying here, especially the homemade breakfast. They took care of my special request and boiled an egg for me since I don't eat menemen. My husband really recommends trying it if you like tomato. Hulusi bay is a really nice person, and he and his lovely sister look after you. If you're after a nice, clean, affordable hotel in cesme or ayvalik, this place belongs on your list.

We stayed last week in a back room that opened straight onto the garden, a nice quiet place to take a break. Mr. Hulusi and his sister were excellent hosts and made things easy, with plenty of tips about beaches and places to visit. The traditional Turkish breakfast had everything we needed. It's a budget hotel in the middle of everything, with kind hosts and a good breakfast, so no need to look elsewhere. I'd definitely recommend renting a car if you don't have one. Minibuses go everywhere, but they can be crowded and you may have to wait. With a car, every place is five minutes away, which is really convenient.
